What is/was the worse pain you have ever suffered ?

Described it many times on here.
Was even told by a nurse that what I went through was far worse than having a baby.

Basically. I broke my leg once at 17. My leg had atrophied and the caste was pushing down on the two pins just above the knee. Was in so much pain for a total of six months that demerol no longer killed the pain.

When the caste came off, my leg was covered in dried blood. So was the caste on the outside blood stained.


BTW I have had back pain as well. The first was far far worse.

Terrible migraines

Cortisone in my wrist.

Last year, I had [b]severe[/b] abdominal pain, due to an intestinal blockage. I had surgery, and parted ways with 45 - 50 cm of my small intestine. I spent eight days in the hospital.

Meningitis.

Acute appendicitis. The pain came suddenly while I was working. Until the emergency doctor arrived and was able to give me painkillers, I thought I was going to die.

Occipital, trigeminal neuralgia and migraines

A pilonidal cyst.

Toss up between back ache and toothache.

Tie between childbirth and meningitis

Tripple bypasses heart surgery
