How does my salad sound?

@SW-User if you like Japanese food I highly recommend its more sweet than sour. Goes beatufully with salmon.

@Peppa I don't think I'll find it in our Asda 😂

@SW-User haha no but if there's a Japanese restaurant around at the highest quality though, definitely give it a whirl.
If you like the saltiness of seaweed this brings that down and makes it something different, some places add more chilli than others the same with ginger, personally I prefer the ginger heat than chili

@Peppa We don't have a Japanese restaurant nearby, but that reminds me of when I had to go to a Thai restaurant in Nottingham to get lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves.

@SW-User maybe a trip to London is due in the new year if Japan is too daring...
