It's okay. Do good things for yourself. Make yourself a brownie, and if it burns, dump it and make a new lot. Buy flowers. Paste post its in your room and posters of your bands. I did all that in my hostel room. I made a "Wall of Possibilities" and I read all my post its every single day till months later I finally believed them (at least partially). Make new ones. I'm not in hostel right now or I would've posted a picture here. Lots of hugs. Tell yourself you'll get better even if you don't believe it. <3
