You should need to attend parenting classes, take a test and get a license before you can procreate. You need a license to cut someone's hair. How much lasting damage can you do from a bad haircut? Yet there are no qualifications needed to guide a new life in this insane world, and bad parenting does a lot of permanent damage society can ill afford.
