If someone just comes up to you point blank

And says you're a bitch what would your response be and why? Would you possibly consider a bitch slap or decide to be civil about things, be the bigger person? What response do you give ?

I'd probably call them a kangaroo or a pretzel or something. I'm not going to waste my time with a person like that. They've already committed to eschewing civility, so anything I say will be a futile effort. I shouldn't have to dignify their insult
