People with absolutely no guilt scare me like people who take no responsibility for their own actions.

A little guilt shows you're human and not sociopathic, imo.

yes, putting my past behind and improving my relationships with myself and others kills the guilt as God is love and praying helps

Guilt has no purpose, you cannot change what has been done, you just have to try to be a better person and move on
