Do you live in the past more or the future?

Neither... I have never been able to hold onto the future, it seems a vague concept to me.. not real.. so I just live in the present with flashed of the past and occasional vague thoughts about the future

I try to live in the now. The past can be sweet or bitter, but it's gone and the future is unknown and may not be something I have to worry about.

The more I look forward to the future, the past goes behind me and chokes the life outta me, so...that being said I have to deal with the past to have a brighter future.

Both. The ptsd takes me back. The anxiety takes me into a dark future. The present makes me want to kill myself.

I live in the present, reminiscent of the past, in defiance of the future...

In the present referring the lessons from the past and keeping the future in mind.

The past but I take frequent forays into the future as well.

Past. I don't have so much future ahead of me.
