That captain needed to be court martialed and the entire crew of that ship needs to relieved.

The captain either was stupid or subversive ... there is no other explanation.

The crew is always replaced in situations like that ... unless they plan a mass court martial.

There are 400 of the crew, that are owed a dishonorable discharge.

It is unimaginable what that captain did.
