Talking without thinking I'm not too sure how I feel about that

I like to be conscious of my words but not overly conscious.

that's why sometimes I'd rather listen than do speaking becahse when I get to talking sometimes I feel like I can say too much.

What are your thoughts on speaking without thinking?
