Well this is crazy ...

Well went to put a cup in a shelf and i was standing on a chair my leg locked up and i fell and the chair fell on top of me well my leg hurts really bad and my hand is fat but im dealing with it to the best of my Strength 😖😭i still can move everything but everything hurts 😭

Aww. Poor thing. If your hand is swelling put an ice pack on it. It will reduce the swelling and help with the pain. Check your leg. You may need to put an ice pack on that as well. They'll both be worse tomorrow and difficult to move if you don't do that. Take a Tylenol, Ibuprofen, or Aleve, that will help with the swelling and pain.
