@BigAssLeech Well some said she was a bot (she was a person when I met her ,there were pics of her at events put on by EP )
But most of the time it was my team or one of the others
Once you knew the trick to suspend accounts ,lots of teams popped up
but I worked for EP
I sent them the screen shots of the Violations
they terminated the account ,after I removed any content that was against the TOS (I only removed the ones that were a violation ,so I actually had to read them ,others just deleted them all )
But she caught a lot of flack for the stuff we did ,,
She thought it was funny too
I used to make a post and tell people that the message was automated
Allie was not always to blame ,,they agreed to the TOS
If their stuff was gone or their friends accounts were gone
thats on them ,,I always warned them first
and if their comment was F you Rocket ,you ain't shit
I told them ,,count backwards from 50 ,,buy the time you reach 1
we will see who ain't shit
I did try to warn them
Ep said I was the only team leader they didn't regard as a bully
I only enforced the terms ,and I took down friends too if they abused
the little power we had
If EP thought we were abusing it ,,they increased the number needed to flag
or terminated people for doing it
Here trying that will not go well for you
But there ,,we were EPAllie

@rckt148 Well I like sites that are pretty loose and free.

@swirlie They have picked up the pace considerably in recent months
new filters have been added .new key words
and its not taking 9 months to get a response anymore especially when its from several members that have earned a good reputations here ,I have seen an offensive post flagged by certain members removed within hours .
I have also seen other members posting that items have been removed within hours of reporting them ,so as I said ,the response time is much better recently .
But community reputations also goes a long way here too (as promised when we opened )Members that get along well with others ,they don't have a ton of people blocking them, nor have they blocked a large number of members themselves ,
that alone uses a lot of resources scanning every post you make and reply to seeing if you have someone blocked or if they have blocked you blocked
it also helps increase you're reputation when do flag someone that everything you flag turns out to be legit .its not just over something petty or that you couldn't have resolved it by backing out of the conversation or using the block feature and admit that you and that member just can't see eye to eye ,so take a time out ,,[b]but no[/b] ,certain people flag every post "they deem rude and offensive to them ,or they see as "child abuse" like the topic of religion for instance and then there is politics ,another hot topic here .
As I said I was a volunteer for Ep with some inside help ,actually a lot of inside help ,especially after we exposed some of the Ep's that were not so trust worthy and they abused their power ,
Some of us had the workings of EP down to a science , and better yet
the powers that be ,knew who we were ,
But knowing the TOS like a bible helped a lot too .

Here I was warned about bogus flagging when I used the flag feature ,but it was a Mod not Admin that warned me ,,the things I flagged should have been handled ,when grown men are talking sex acts with a 13 yr old ,He should have been terminated ,but he wasn't even warned ,I was

But things have changed and now they are getting better
It did take many months to respond to my original flags
That's not the case any longer .
and I always make screen shots .I always have the option to appeal and send in the evidence
I am sure my reputation is a lot higher now
and things are running smoother ,now they have time to go after the members that think "screw theses rules ,they don't apply to me "
I can already see by the warning labels on profiles "this member has been warned " and accounts better verified
Soon they will be able to block IP addresses if they can't already
then that will end the fake accounts too ,,once they ban you
you stay banned ,then they can send a message along with the original post and the links to the post that's been reported
"This type of post is no longer acceptable ,you have been banned without any further notice ..here is a copy of the TOS you agreed to
and a copy of the reasons we reached this decision
So be patient ,we have came a long way in a short time
Ep didn't get better ,it steadily got worse .I know ,I wore out over a 100 people doing our best to save the site ,you see how that went
SW is getting better .thats not just my opinion
