@Thingschange4444 I was buying small fryer chickens at a local store and they stopped selling them. Would roast them in a convection bowl cooker, really good...was making them once or twice a week...not making them often now because the smaller chickens are hard to find.

@REMsleep Yes I just can't eat too much fast food. There's about as much nutritionAl content in it as the steering wheel lol. So, after a long day and 1.5 hours at the gym this seemed the healthier choice
