I mean, yeah. That's the entire point. Being personal is for your family and friends.

Sometimes comfortingly so. It’s good to recognize the humanity in our fellow creatures, but it’s 0 to 60 in 3 seconds nowadays and I think that costs us some of the charm and process of getting to know each other and the special distinction of being familiar with someone. 🤷‍♀️

Perhaps. But if I don't know you I will be formal. I will gauge how the relationship goes from there and make a further determination to shift if necessary.
