Just got done eating whole grilled chicken tacos with home made pico de Gallo. Was very good, but the corn tortilla masked the grilled chicken taste

@curiosi I’m thinking a stronger flavored meat would be better, like pork or beef. Or maybe smaller pieces of chicken cooked would have more flavor. It was all very good
