What parenting mistakes have you made?

I don’t have kids.

I have nieces.

I convinced the youngest that buggers are bad ideas that your brain poops out.


I went to her gymnastics class an a little girl there had a terrible cold and kept needing to blow her nose.


My niece looked at me in shock and said “wow that girl has shit for brains”

However many there are plus one.

All of them, except the ones where the person ends up being a serial killer or murderer. Of course, there's still time...

I would have been a good parent. My sister on the other hand frequently abandoned her first child with family (including me) whenever she wanted to party. She's settled down a bit, but that was just horrible.
