Isn't it weird when someone who's healthy , dies in their sleep?

My sister's friend's brother died in his sleep. They saw him go to bed and he was a healthy teen. When his sister went to wake him up he was cold to the touch. Must be so frightening

It does feel weird when something like that happens. We all take for granted that we'll die when we're old. I feel sorry for his family. It must be hard to take in.

It's also a reminder to each of us not to put stuff off, and to get on with our lives.

It's out of the ordinary but it happens. undiagnosed medical conditions or god forbid suicide
