i walked over a mountain crossing with only 2 bottles of water, it tasted like i was drinking perfection at the end

@Lostpoet Amen. I have an old spring on my property where there used to be a home long ago. I hike to that spring sometimes in warmer months just for the water. I take my water jugs with me to bring some back, but it is best in the woods ice cold and pure.

Water is life!
If you routinely drink water you can taste the differences, that sweetness you describe is something I taste in evian water. I don't know why but it really appeals to my tastebuds where as something like volvic and Highland springs i feel tastes like Brita filtered London tap water.

Yes ... during a tournament when I was 15... it was 117 on the infield ..sun was blaring down ..,and our pitcher sucked ... after two 12 pitch walks we were dying ... coach pulled her and put me on the mound . I called time out and we all got a drink ... the coach should have done that ... whew!

Yes, but I'm diabetic and the endocrinologist told me that was why that was happening

No. It taste like regular water. But there are some places where water actually is kinda sweet. 🙂

@Zonuss that's true, I heard a lot of fast food restaurants got busted with adding sugar to flavor the ice cups and they'd add extra sugar to the ketchup if they made it.
