Anyone else feel like SW members aren’t as interactive in groups they join as back on EP

I mean I look at a lot of the groups I’m in and you get 100’s and 1000’s of members in them but there’s hardly any stories or experiences posted in there by the members. I’ve been asking SW to add the option to follow new posts in the groups your in rather than what we already got where it shows new posts of anything. Perhaps that’s why a lot of groups don’t have many people engaging in conversation because they can’t have a post feed of just their groups?

I share your concern.

I was unaware of EP when I found and joined SW at the beginning of this year. Discovering that the groups of interest to me had few if any recent posts, or any posts at all, was disappointing. My desire for interacting with others of similar interest is hardly fulfilled. When I posted in the groups in hopes of sparking activity I again was disappointed. A few times I tried initiating contact with some whose names were listed as members to no avail. At times I feel like an urchin wandering through Similar Worlds looking for someplace to belong.

So I meander through the posts and throw in my two cents to be a good SW citizen, in hopes that I bring something to enhance others' experiences here.

There were so many more members on EP. The story section had its active members and the other sections theirs. Here, it seems more superficial. Funny, short things or questions get the attention. In that way, it's nothing like EP.

The friends and groups tab does absolutely nothing
