Im afraid to sleep

This is night two of intense coughing attacks resulting in throwing up. I can't get any sleep because everytime I feel like I'm starting to drift off into a nice sleep I'm waken up by a coughing fit. Rinse wash repeat. Since sleep makes you feel better I will never feel better because I can't get any real sleep
Three words: Walk. In. Clinic. Get your lungs listened to/looked at via x-ray.
Any better since then, paper?

My bug has gotten worse, with pukey symptoms trying to peak from coughing. Gotta go in and get some (amazing) Tesla perles.

I hope you're not feeling so sick, P. Best wishes!

Those cough sweets with the runny liquid inside can really help. Head over a bowl of steam can help too to loosen the cough.

Do you have acid reflux?
YES. Oh. Oops.@Faintking

Acid reflux often can cause sleep disturbances I recently found this out @KayraJordyn
@Faintking Indeed, it can. Making the headposts of your bed higher than the bottom of the bed can help. Aka bricks, hardcover books, anything that can match up and keep your esophagus higher than your stomach can help. Just ask Mary J. Blige!
How has April treated you?

@paper 😟 Dang. Sorry. I should be here, more frequently, if letting me know if talking could help anything at all. Sometimes it helps. Not always, and not with every person you come across. Still: Someone who is caring and discreet about the people who matter to her is here if ever you need to talk. That's me, although, there are definitely others. I could point you to one or two if you'd like, once I ask their permission. ANYway: Have as good a night as you can. Take care! 🙃🖤🌱🍄
