I'd just like to offer up my own thoughts on this question. I think it IS legit to say "india for indians" or "England for the English". However, I think what should make someone a member of that nation is not their race, but their commitment to the culture and goals of that nation. If you truly assimilate to the culture of the nation and what it stands for, I think you should be allowed to migrate
