Should my boss be feeling sorry for the homeless ppl that come in and try to ram sack the hotel? I feel they need to be told to leave

If they aren't guests here. They freeload, want free coffee, ask to use our phone, look scuzzy when actual hotel guests are coming in. Use the only guest computer we have.

That's sad that the homeless have nowhere to go. It is a business however and the owner has a right to run his business as he sees fit. People will only patronize a clean and safe environment. Are the homeless folks threatening or making the guests feel (edited spelling) threatened in some way?
