The old haunted house in my childhood neighborhood

There was an old man who lived down the street and he passed away one day. From that day forward, whenever somebody would set foot in the house they would be blasted by a voice screaming curse words at them. It turned out the old man had a talking parrot in there and it knew how to curse loudly. He would have gotten away with it too if it wasn't for us meddling kids.
