I mean, it would depend on the type of Hispanic. A lot of Hispanic people are white, so he wouldn't really be "mixed" in the way you're probably thinking of it.

Hispanic is not really a race, so I wouldn't call that "mixed race". Mixed ethnicity maybe.

Depends on how he looks in most cases. Otherwise we are all mixed.

He will have to decide, I no many people who are of the same heritage. Half of them choose to be one and half chose the other. The irony of it is,it seems like the ones who show more ethnicity one way chose to be the opposite of what their appearance shows. In the the end regardless,it is their choice.
