Yes it is. Intelligence and wisdom are very different things. Many highly intelligent people are also quite foolish.

It’s possible for an uncultured person to wise. And a very cultured person to be stupid.

The wise person knows nothing at all

Intelligence plays a role in wisening up. But not academic intelligence. Smart intelligence with the ability to introspect and perceive.

I don't think that would be possible,because stupidity,and foolishness are like kissing cousins.

both stupid and intelligent people can be wise. intelligence doesn't mean being wise.
