Sadly, Unca Donald has a type of intelligence that works only within his own tiny bubble. On any scale broader than that his cognitive abilities seem minimal.
I am reninded of a wonderful story called Simple Peter's Mirror, in which Simple Peter is given a magic mirror by a old lady he helps one day. The mirror shows you how other people see you.
