Is it just me or do people around the age of 30 seem to not only be sensitive, but act like they are dumb as well?

I swear you can't joke or even bring up something in a nice way, they turn into raging monsters. What gets on my nerves the worse is when you clearly say or text something that makes sence, but they always respond with "huh"? Or "what you mean?" Ughhh
