I watched a video last night. I was touched on how my favorite race car driver is such a good man off the track. He has gf that's fighting ovarian cancer, so when he wins, he is more sentimental over it and he makes sure every minute is recorded so he can look back at the joyous time they shared.

Last week - I had to let someone go, and didn't want to. It's like your heart molds around the things you love, and to let them go - it's like you have to cut them out........it hurts.

I saw APC live and they played Weak And Powerless. The tears just started flowing :/
