I can't believe it took me 19 years to finally accept the fact that most people are horrendous and to stop making excuses for each individual that

[b]behaved a certain way[/b]

• some people don't think past what they need to: forget consideration or being thoughtful.

• some people have bad intentions from the start for no reason whatsoever except for the fact that it makes them feel good.Yet want others to be good to them

I'm sorry to say most people are this way.

@Pureblossom the end of my second marriage sealed the deal, half a decade ago. The middle ground are the majority I would say like myself, liberal (small L) but now and then throw a spanner in the works over something trivial/nonsendical/horrendous to others but important to them.

I study personality types and follow MBTI theory. It sounds like you have a large proportion of what they call Extroverted Feeling. That means a priority for you is the emotional health of the people around you.
