Cops issuing endless traffic tickets.....

Is something often complained about.
Seems like it ought to be considered a form of Taxation on your vehicle if you read this report.

When our city loses a lawsuit the cops start setting up roadblocks and issuing tickets for such things as not wearing seat belts (the city gets $25 a person for that), no insurance, tag out of date, etc. They'll typically stop 100-200 and then have roadblocks in other locations, 4-6 total to increase city revenue. Police were pulling drivers over yesterday (St. Patrick's Day and people like to drink on that day)...went to a store a couple miles from my house and saw two different cops pulling people over. Students from the university are gone for spring break so the cops can keep the money flowing just with this one holiday this week.

lol yes in the last 3-4 days of the month it's always a good idea to stay away from school zones or pieces of highway where for some reason the limit is 60 kph, cause if some cop is not meeting the quota they'll be there all day
