Today I took six times of my prescribed dose of propranolol to deal with anxiety at work.
Fun facts.

Isn't that dangerously high?

[@696586,LaMiaCosa] How did you feel? Please don't do that too often. I fear you could kill yourself, or worse.....cause some severe brain damage.

I felt more relaxed and relatively normal.

[@696586,LaMiaCosa] Well, good, but that doesn't mean you should make a habit of overdosing.

WTF you're not supposed to do that.
LaMiaCosa · 22-25, M
[@237841,Rollerskatesandpocketblades] It worked though

Could've taken a bromazepam instead of increasing the dose.

you'll dry up, fuck your pancreas and mess up your heart rhythm if you keep doing that even if you hydrate accordingly.

don't zap the endocrine system.

more magnesium in your diet... plus your propranolol.....
That's not good, but I am sure you knew that when taking the 3rd.

If your anxiety was so bad, you should have gotten excused and seen by a doctor. You can't be terminated for that.

We all make our own decisions. Try to make the best one for your health...

[@420709,Antiquity] No animosity intended but I can't just leave work every time I feel anxious or I'd never be there.
[@696586,LaMiaCosa] I don't know about you, but my job is not worth an overdose... even less my demise.

I wouldn't give those bitches the satisfaction... LOL

You should see a doctor for a stronger sedative. They will dose you accordingly.

Dude that amount could drop your blood pressure a lot

[@1024,rokrchik1211] yeh man those beta blockers are bitches!
rokrchik1211 · 22-25, F
[@341171,sighmeupforthat] they are. I know someone who took it for anxiety for a brief time and all it really did was give her low blood pressure
sighmeupforthat · 41-45, M
[@1024,rokrchik1211] i've heard any use LONG TERM (i use them also for hypertension) one could develop diabetes and anemia if one isn't careful.

such bear skins and stone knives in this century still. :/
