Is it common to feel like there's nothing to live for?

Tatsumi · 31-35, M
Absolutely. But you just gotta find something and hang on to it with everything you got. You're the one who defines the value of life.

Also, sometimes you're just weak and need rest or food or some wabbit companionship.

When you go to work and come home and eat then sleep then repeat, then yeah it can feel that way. Sometimes life feels like Groundhog Day. Just try to find the special moments in life that make you laugh and bring you joy.

Yes, but most therapists/psychiatrists/doctors will diagnose this as depression if it goes on for a long time.
