If your a mother can you please answer this?

I noticed this When I was breast feeding my children, when I am lactating my nipples lose all sensation. Are all woman like this? When I'm not lactating they are sensitive and I get aroused but when breastfeeding it just becomes numb that was my observation. Mother nature is so clever

I didn't lose all sensation, they actually hurt and got sore a lot back when I was breastfeeding.

@TJNewton that's what I mean but I didn't know how to say it. I know it's not normal that's why I said mother nature is clever. How can it switch off. I am just fascinated I am it looking for arousal. I hope you understand.
