What are you supposed to do when you are fed up with your life and everything in it?

Change it. There is only ONE person in life you are responsible too---yourself. YOU control the decisions you make---ONLY you. If you don't like the decisions you've made so far to get you to where you are--make some new ones--and don't repeat the old ones. Asking someone else for adive on how to help you life is like asking for someone else to make love to your GF hoping you get satisfaction from it.

Pick somewhere to start and do something to change it.

If you're not tied to family, travel !
