groups or profile gender

I've seen some like that, but most are crossdressers so I'm not really sure.I think I would pay more attention to the groups.

I'd lean towards the profile I suppose. If a guy joins the group "I'm a Curvy Woman" he might have just joined in hopes of easy access to posts written by curvy women, lol.

People tend to spend more time on thier profile info if they do that, some don't. And as far as gender, you have seen the number of lgbt and cd on here right?

Male ,female ,cross dresser ,gay ,or straight. just be who you are. I just don't like people miss leading other people.

I wouldnt care personally. There are probably plenty on these sites who use fake profiles.
