We have seen it time and time again. Obama and Clinton. Bush said "no new taxes".

Promises made during campaigns that they never tried to fulfill.

Of course, many perceive a President to be lying when he really isn't. People are too quick to judge before all of the facts are in.

At least with Trump right now, he is starting to fulfill a lot of his campaign promises. But those that are on welfare and government assistance are going to start screaming because they are going to have to justify their benefits. He has stopped a lot of illegal immigration, and of course people are screaming about that.

I think they don't realize what an enormous responsibility it is, and how much stuff can't be changed in the span of 4 years, so they placate the people, hoping they're naive enough to believe it.

Of course I do. It happens every 4 years like clockwork.
