What would you do with your life if you found out you have an incurable illness?

I do. Just live with it and make sure you'll be able to afford treatment till the end. What else can you do?

Spend all my time living how I want and surround myself with my family and friends

I have something close to it. Paranoid schizophrenia

Try to remain sane to the end. Easier said than done, maybe.

Swim into the ocean as far away from shore as possible.

Write a will and no nothing different probably
