I don't know what positive thing I can tell them. I understand that feeling very well and I know that no words can diffuse that feeling. It has to be combated by something innate, and they have to want to fight it. If they don't want to fight it nothing I say will ever help, it will all sound like meaningless platitudes.

Frankly, I believe it's quitting, and that's the cowards way out. I don't quit and I'm not a coward.
