I have never been so humiliated in my life. Am I going to die?

I was walking downtown and I started. Ran to a port o potty at a mcdonalds construction site as it was closest to me to look. Had to throw out my underwear,socks because it ran down my leg and it made a dark splotchy on my pants. I wanted to cry because there was barely any toilet paper and I had to run to my car and I felt gross all the way home. Never in my life have i felt so low. I hope nobody saw or smelled me
