Any favorite lesser-known found footage movies you can recommend?

I really like this genre but I keep watching some that are seemingly good and they died three quarters of the way through. Exhibit a is pretty good

Honorable mention to a movie that wasn't around very long in the theaters "Goodnight Mommy was really decent. Not found footage though but just good
