@LILY61 when he travels to the future and comes across those people who have no common sense and the IQ of a cow. And when one falls into the water and starts to downs yelling for help, they are all so desensitized and ignorant that they can't comprehend what is actually happening.

That's where we're heading. People have become so desensitized, detached, and moralless.

When anything bad happens to people. Like fighting, drowning or getting attacked. people pull their phones our to video the action. Instead of stepping in to help out a fellow human being. Society is desensitizing morals and suppressing the mind so it won't think for self.
