A just being can not be a merciful being [Spirituality & Religion]

the two are mutually exclusive. If you are just you can not be merciful. If you are merciful you can not be just. Yet in Christianity we believe that Yahweh is both Just and Merciful. How can that be?

Yahweh does not exist.

The theory is that God is unique in his capacity to dispense both perfect justice and total mercy. As humans we have to pick one or the other based on the limited knowledge we have.

It is just to have mercy upon the repentant. Upon the one who is contrite..

YAVEH has a Way to Justly Redeem the Repentant..

@Adstar Which would make Him an unjust Being. What He did is He took the justice out on Himself once and for all at the Cross. From then on He is able to be merciful. The price has been paid in full. Without the Cross there can be no mercy and we would all die in our sins. With the Cross we can receive mercy and Grace that we might be saved to the uttermost if you are simply willing to accept His Free Gift. If you refuse it and so be it if that is your decision however you then remain under the curse that justice demands.
