We are in the last days. What is the number one sign that Jesus spoke about?. [Spirituality & Religion]

"Now the Holy Spirit speaks expressly that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils,"
Tim4:1

20 Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? Cor. 1:20

"Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things." Rom 1:22

Oh the end times agains.
I hope they don't fuck it up like in Warhammer.

Carazaa · F
@Kwek00 We have the signs that Jesus told us in MAtt: 24 and Daniel, and Rev. right before he comes, many will be departing from the faith, Great earthquakes, floods, and famines and men's hearts growing cold because of iniquity abounding, and increased knowledge, terrors, increased travel, the Jews gathering in their own homeland after being scattered all over the world, and the gospel going out to the whole world. I believe it is this generation, because it wasn't happening a hundred years ago. We have only had internet this generation. Jesus said when you see all these signs that is the generation who will see me return!

According to all Abrahamic religions, we've been in the end days since whenever their god died. Let me know when it happens ✌
Carazaa · F
@SatanBurger I think you and the world will know!

"29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:

33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.

34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.

35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.

37 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

40 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left." Matt 22:29

@Carazaa I wonder why Christians always want the world to die, they love their Armageddon and have for 2,000 years, it's weird why a group of people would want their God to raise from the dead to wreck havoc on innocent people's lives.

Anyways, a lot of those verses are just generalizations that could fit anywhere, kind of like when Christians blame bad weather as a sign of the end times and it never happens.

In layman’s terms: things have gone to shit and the inmates are running the asylum

Hello Carazaa, nice to see you again it has been awhile!! I am so very glad to be able to say, as for me and my house we shall serve the Lord!! There is great comfort in knowing to whom you belong, and where you will go if your time ends today!!I enjoy life, and all it entails but it is nothing to compare with the future that God has prepared for those who believe upon his name. Stay blessed my sweet friend!!
Carazaa · F
@Silverwings Thank you so much. It's good to hear from you and thank you for commenting here! I am happy to hear dear friend that your house trusts in the Lord. Mine too!🤗

Today sure will be the last day to some people. So was yesterday. Why do you want the world to end?
Carazaa · F
@Bagalamaga I just want people to be informed and not be deceived by false teachings.
Silverwings · 61-69, F
@Bagalamaga Nobody wants the world to end but it is the job of a Christian to warn others of the wrath to come so that they can be prepared to face what is coming, it is not Gods will for any to perish.
BiblicalWarrior · 51-55, M
The biggest sign to me is scoffers.
BiblicalWarrior · 51-55, M
@Carazaa Actually, it was Peter who mentioned it. lol 2 Peter 3:3,4
Carazaa · F
@BiblicalWarrior I believe that the entire Bible, including Peters words were inspired by Jesus.
BiblicalWarrior · 51-55, M
@Carazaa Amen to that, and it's also all about Christ.
Abbenthewarwolf · 18-21, M
Not heeding the signs of Time.. Everyone hating one another. Sons Against father daughters against ther mother. Wars and rumors of war. Calamities throughout the world. False prophets misleading the masses. Let blind lead the Blind and they will surely fall in a pit. Darkness will descend upon the Earth. Woe woe unto the habitants of the earth. The Lord of the last Day Is here. Pbwu. 🙂
We are in the last days.
Based on what?
BiblicalWarrior · 51-55, M
@Pherick Excuse me? I think you have misapplied that verse.
Pherick · 41-45, M
@BiblicalWarrior Its a bunch of chapters written over a 200 or 300 year period crammed together by a church, who translated, then re-translated and translated it again.

The whole thing is a giant 3000-year-old game of telephone. The idea that any of it makes literal sense is just beyond ridiculous.
BiblicalWarrior · 51-55, M
@Pherick The first verse you quoted actually refers to the exact time of Christ's Second Coming. We are, also by Christ, commanded to know when it is near, though we will not in advance know the exact time.

Matthew 24:36
Carazaa · F
@Northwest Thank you!
Silverwings · 61-69, F
Wars and rumors of wars, men who are proud and boastful, lovers of self more than lovers of God, disobedient to parents, blasphemers, unholy, unloving, despisers of good, haughty, without self control, brutal, from such turn away!!
msros · F
According to the Koran, Jesus will return to save the Muslims only.
Carazaa · F
@msros That makes no sense. Jesus will return to anyone who were born again, and believe Jesus is Gods son. Muslims don't believe that. They believe he is a prophet like other religions.
