Here are some anime I watched recently that I recommend :

1/Demon slayer

The story follows Tanjiro Kamado, a young boy who becomes a demon slayer after his family is slaughtered and his younger sister Nezuko is turned into a demon.

2/ The promised never land

A group of the smartest kids at a seemingly perfect orphanage uncover its dark truth. Once the truth is discovered, they begin to plan an escape to save all of the children.

3/ Astra lost in space
In the future where everything on possible, eight high school students, along with a 10-year-old girl, embark on a trip to space for what they thought was a school camping trip. They then find themselves mysteriously teleported 5,012 light years away to the depths of space.
4/ Dr stone
Several thousand years after a mysterious phenomenon that turns all of humanity to stone, the extraordinarily intelligent, science-driven boy, Senku Ishigami, awakens. Facing a world of stone and the total collapse of civilization.

5/ Darwin’s game
Sudou Kaname is invited to try out a new mysterious mobile app game called Darwin's Game, but later realizes that he's in for more than he's bargained for when he finds out that there's no way to quit the game.
6/ Your lie in April
A piano prodigy who lost his ability to play after suffering a traumatic event in his childhood is forced back into the spotlight by an eccentric girl with a secret of her own.
7/ Maid sama!
Misaki's reputation and future as the student council president are threatened when Usui Takumi, a boy from her school, discovers this secret.
8/The Rising of the Shield Hero:
Naofumi Iwatani, a 20 year-old university student who was whisked away to a fantasy game-like realm of monsters and magic after discovering a book about Four Heroes. ... Now the cynical Iwatani must somehow survive in a new and dangerous world that despises him.
