Videogames gave me red eyes today, lol.

A side effect of focusing hard on a video game all day since 8:00 a.m. until late evening: you get red eyes because you have been forcing them at a screen all day.

That was a bit scary to look at in the mirror. I had red veins tracing my eyes, like some zombie who hadn't slept in days.

Blue light filtering glasses are a must if you're going to be looking at screens all day. I use them for work and they've been amazing.
[@3483,minioreosarebomb] I'm wearing those, lol, they're very expensive and they have all the options. But I've been seriously overdoing it lately, gaming wise.

A negative side-effect of blue light filtering is that you're disrupting the natural blocking/filtering of blue light by your system, which messes with your hormonal system and could give you more serious problems later..
