I Love Corduroy Shorts

My other formal shorts when not wearing grey school shorts were my corduroy shorts. I thought they were great still do and still wear them from time to time. I agree with the group statement as well. The shorter the better.

I have found that corduroy shorts were very comfortable to wear as a boy growing up and periodically since. I own a few pairs made by glengarnock and a couple of other firms in a variety of colours-green, blue, grey, brown and fawn. It is important that they are lined for maximum comfort. Also it helps if they are very short.

@strictshorts I do not wear shorts now, but I liked corduroy shorts when I was a boy. The shorter my shorts the better. My mother said it was easier to wash legs than shorts, so she put me in the shortest she could find.

My mother found them to be very functional for me. They could be worn for play and for best. Such as having tea with my aunt. She rather enjoyed their brevity on me.

@oneofnine The view of your mom is very practical. And the shortest ones are more functional and comfortable for boys who are always active.
