What's the stupidest stereotype/assumption you've ever heard about your political orientation/views?

For me, it wasn't even so much because of my political views, but I was called racist once on here for "exposing" a troll that happened to be black. Now the thing is that she was in fact more racist that I am, but I guess my fellow neo-liberals (🙄) think that anything bad that is said about a person of color by a white male is racism...
And of course if a person of color is racist it's "legit". 🙄
I'll be honest, I've talked to such a person before and I was hoping they were a troll so badly...

first of all, a lot of lefties assume I'm a conservative simply because I defend President Trump when they are unfairly demonizing and lying about him. I've been pretty straightforward about my beliefs and my number one belief is in the first amendment, something liberals have abandoned. And that is precisely why I vote a straight repub ticket every election. Oh, I don't think much of repubs, but I think even less of dems and understand they are the greater danger to our democracy and way of life. They must be kept out of power, at any cost.

@Emosaur There is no ban on muslims. There is a temporary halt to people immigrating to the US from 6 countries who have no reliable government and are unable to vouch for their people. And of course the order includes iran because they are hostile. But the order does not say musims, it says people. And last time I checked all 6 of those countries had Christians and atheists and muslims. So, you see, you have allowed the media to make a fool out of you. You believed what they reported without so much as an effort to think about the fact that their reporting was obviously bullshit. sucker.

@Emosaur Did your media not inform you that these 6 countries do not have stable governments that can vet their people properly. Did your media not inform you that these 6 countries were temporarily banned by obama for the same reason, only he never developed a better vetting process and that is the reason President Trump is doing so. Did you know that and simply ignore it because you wanted to believe something other than the facts? Looks that way.
