If human beings were free to choose which country to move to, would any particular countries gain a whole bunch of population? Which ones?

@SW-User Not sure about the Ice Age but I recently read that something like 12 million people over the past six months have been displaced/left due to warming climates. Climate refugees are real.

@Ynotisay maybe in the places where the sea levels are rising.

@SW-User My understanding is that it's mostly landlocked areas now but there's definitely many being impacted by rising water. I imagine that most living on the Florida coast, as an example, are having to consider their long term plans. They're already getting hammered.

Yeah the sea has jumped up 1/4 inch over the past century. That means in about 20,000 years I might have to start on that ark.
