it all the time. The fact that there's a very FAINT increase in voter fraud under this policy proposal is NOT A good reason NOT to enact it anyways.
Think about it: you get in the Passenger seat of the car all the time don't you? Or behind the wheel if you're a motorist? Every time you did this you were more likely to get slammed into by a Semitruck than the risk of Vote by mail causing a single incident of voter fraud.
