I want to help the Black community

Do you understand how many young black men are murdered every year and how few of those murderers are caught?

If you claim to care about black lives but want to take funding from police you're either lying or very ignorant. Especially if you're making that argument now, as murder rates are hitting all time highs due to less policing. It happened in baltimore after they decreased patrols due to controversy too. Nobody that's ever spent time in the hood thinks less police is a good thing, that's a delusion overly privileged mostly white people regurgitate.

If you wanna help the black community go watch some episodes of "the glenn show" with john mcwhorter so you have a basic understand of the problems. Advocate for community outreach programs with police to improve police-citizen relations. Advocate for school choice so inner city parents aren't stuck sending their kids to horrible schools. Advocate for a phonics based learning system in such schools to increase literacy. Advocate for outreach programs with trade schools. Advocate for ending the drug war. Advocate for more measures like the first step act, opportunity zones, and the urban revitilization council. Go eat at restaurants in the hood, go to liquor stores in the hood etc. Join the big brother big sister organization and mentor kids.

There are so many ways to help the black community, your examples (like most the mainstream proposes) will only hurt them.
