Cruise Ship Passengers Desperately Plead With FLORIDA to Allow Them In.

WTF! Why is President Trump allowing Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis to play God and decide who lives and who dies?

Get the f*cking ship into port and get the people off the f*cking ship and quarantine them someplace where they can get proper medical care.

What the HELL is with these two f*cking idiots?

The Zaandam has four dead passengers and 179 others with flu-like symptoms.
In a tweet Monday afternoon, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo thanked the government of Panama for allowing the vessels to sail through the Panama Canal "so that we can safely bring hundreds of #AmericansHome."
But...
"We cannot afford to have people who are not even Floridians dumped into South Florida using up those valuable resources," DeSantis said on Fox News. "We view this as a big, big problem, and we do not want to see people dumped in Southern Florida right now."
I think the ship has now been allowed to dock in Florida. Those people were crazy for going on a cruise at this time, but that's not the point now. These people need to be taken care of, not allowed to die on that ship with no help coming.
Why is President Trump allowing Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis to play God and decide who lives and who dies?
Because Trump is the Chosen One and also a lazy fuck who wants to delegate the job of choosing who lives and dies to one of his lackeys?
"We cannot afford to have people who are not even Floridians dumped into South Florida using up those valuable resources," DeSantis said
Plus, he said, some of them are foreigners, as if it wouldn't have been bad enough to let Americans that don't reside in FL to come home. This country isn't a charity, sheesh!

And, why didn't they have the good sense to return to port before DeSantis fell prey to the Great Democratic Hoax of 2020? Last week he would have been giving them all hugs and handshakes on their return (well, not the foreign ones, of course) to own the libs and show how hoax-a-rific the hoax is. Now, though, he's turned in his man card and come out as a flag-waving, corporation-destroying, abortion-supporting, Satan-worshiping libtard.

@daisymay He follows Trump around like a little boy, can't do anything on his own unless he contacts his master. What a shame.

When this is all over and - God willing - we're recapping the whole situation, FL Gov. Ron DeSantis will take up an entire segment.

That Florida governor should be strung up. What a pathetic excuse for a human being. Sadly, I can pretty much say the same thing for the governor here in Texas. Both of those bastards are killing people.
Graylight · 51-55, F
@Chevy454 Negative. Literally nothing has changed here locally.
Peapod · 61-69, F
@JeanAnna I sure hope so. These guys a lot to be sorry for.
Graylight · 51-55, F
@Chevy454 Not to mention the "5-15" minite test yes are actually 12 days or more now. I was just at a testing site. The only one in Central Florida.

Interestingly my daughter's half sister (different father) works on a cruise ship which is being quarantined off the American coast somewhere. Could be the same one. All she wants is to come home to South Africa but she can't. She is stuck on that ship with virus doing it's thing.

@Wraithorn

Hope she gets home safe and healthy.

This governor is very much on my mind for all the damage he has caused by being in lockstep with the attitude of Trump.

I hope he is kicked out in disgrace after what he has done to his own state and how heartless he has been with those poor people on that cruise ship.

WTF are these idiots taking cruises for during a pandemic???
JeanAnna · F
@Graylight I've been on 5 cruises, loved all of them, but I doubt I'll ever get on another one. They are very enjoyable.
Graylight · 51-55, F
@JeanAnna I can see the appeal, but I'm more a sailboat/small craft kind of person.

(Although, I'd LOVE to do a transatlantic crossing.)
JeanAnna · F
@Graylight I enjoy the small craft too. My son has a speedboat and it's a lot of fun. I didn't think I'd like a cruise either, I can't swim, but the trips we took...Alaska, Carribbean, Hawaii, Bermuda, Bahamas were all great. I would love to do another one, but I doubt that will happen after all that has happened lately.

Keep them the hell out of here.
